The Scupper

  • Demerara Rum

    • 1 ounce

  • Gold Rum

    • 1 ounce

  • Blanc Vermouth

    • 3/4 ounce

  • Pineapple Juice

    • 1 1/2 ounce

  • Falernum

    • 1/2 ounce

  • Simple Syrup

    • 1/4 ounce

  • Peychaud’s Bitters

    • 2 dashes

  • Shake with crushed ice and pour into a Double Old Fashioned Glass or Tumbler. Add crushed ice to fill.

  • Garnish with a pineapple frond and an edible orchid.
