  • Demerara Rum

    • 1 ounce

  • Agricole Rhum

    • 1 ounce

  • Luxardo Liqueur

    • ¼ oz

  • Carpano Antica Vermouth

    • ½ oz

  • Simple Syrup

    • 1 tsp

  • Peychaud’s Bitters

    • 2 dashes

  • Angostura Bitters

    • 2 dashes

  • Stir in a mixing glass with cubed ice. Strain over fresh cubed ice in a rocks glass.

  • Garnish with an expressed grapefruit peel and mint sprig.
