• Smith & Cross Rum

  • 1 ½ ounce

• Pineapple Juice

  • 1 ounce

• Fresh Lime Juice

  • ½ oz

• Honey Syrup

  • ½ oz

• Ginger Syrup

  • ¼ oz

• Angostura Bitters

  • 2 dashes

• Absinthe

  • 6-8 drops

• Shake vigorously with crushed ice and pour into glass or tiki mug.

• Garnish with a mint sprig, pineapple frond, and swizzle stick.
